Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process payments.
- Prepare hot and cold beverages, sandwiches, baked goods, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, counters, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to meet service goals and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to Tim Hortons’ policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.
- Previous food service or retail experience is an asset but not required.
- Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent bending and reaching.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.25-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24.0 – 40.0 per week
