About the Role:

Our Production Worker is a great entry position into the world of manufacturing, with lots of room for growth! We are hiring at our Edmonton location at 5219 47 St NW on a variety of shifts:
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm
- Monday-Friday, 2:15pm-10:45pm

Compensation
- The starting wage for this position is $20.50/hour

Qualifications and Skills:

- Ability to perform repetitive work and moderate physical exertion
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently
- Good attention to details & ability to follow policies/procedures
- Eye for efficiency and thrives in a continuous improvement culture
- Strong attention to the safety of self and others
- Forklift experience an asset
- First Aid an asset
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that materials are labeled correctly and accurately
- Restack finished and stripped product as required
- Support 5S, Lean Manufacturing and all continuous improvement initiatives
- Help monitor production waste, work as part of a team to find root causes for defective and follow best practices to improve quality
- Ensure the production area is kept clean and orderly at all times
- Perform other manufacturing projects/duties as requested by the production supervisor
