Bagify is a specialty retail store located in Sarnia, ON offering a wide selection of handbags, luggage, backpacks, wallets, travel accessories, and everyday bags. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable Retail Sales Associate who enjoys helping customers and providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers select handbags, luggage, backpacks, wallets, and travel accessories based on their needs.
- Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Answer customer questions and provide product recommendations.
- Assist with receiving, pricing, and organizing new inventory.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals while creating a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
