We're currently seeking an experienced Full-Time Yard Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who brings strong forklift and warehouse experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to build a long-term career within the building materials industry.

What You'll Do:
- Safely load and unload customer orders, including lumber, building materials, and bulk products
- Support contractors and customers with accurate, efficient order fulfillment
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
- Organize, stage, and maintain inventory throughout the yard and warehouse
- Receive incoming product and assist with inventory management activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Collaborate closely with yard, shipping, and operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations
- Contribute to a culture of teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous forklift experience is required
- Experience working in a lumber yard, building materials operation, warehouse, distribution centre, or similar environment is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of safe material handling and inventory movement
- Physically capable of repetitive lifting and movement (50+ lbs)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their work and looks for ways to contribute beyond the minimum requirements
