Overview
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced A/P A/R Bookkeeper to join our client's manufacturing team onsite. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts receivable and payable, and supporting overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in various accounting software and systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment with a focus on precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
- Perform account reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial data
- Enter data accurately into accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Workday, and others
- Process payroll using systems like UltiPro, ADP, Kronos, and Ceridian
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting tasks
- Support human resources functions related to payroll and employee data management within HRIS systems
- Conduct analysis of financial data to identify discrepancies or areas for process improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Experience 3+ years of accounts payable and receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Post-secondary related education is a plus
- Proficiency in mathematics
- Ability to handle confidential information in a responsible manner
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) knowledge/exposure and ERP system experience
- High degree of accuracy

- Able to work in high pressure and time sensitive conditions with a well-rounded work ethic and positive attitude

This position requires a dedicated professional capable of managing multiple financial tasks efficiently while ensuring compliance with company policies. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations within the manufacturing sector.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
