Bay View Mall is looking for a reliable Overnight Cleaner to help keep the mall clean, shiny, safe, and spiderweb-free while the rest of the world sleeps.
Current Shift Details:
Midnight – 8:30am
✔ Every Friday morning
✔ Every other Saturday & Sunday morning
This position is perfect for someone who’s worked midnights before and is just looking to top up hours alongside another part-time job.
The Non-Negotiables (a.k.a. Adulting Requirements)
✔ Clean Criminal Record Check
✔ Valid Driver’s Licence (you’ll be operating the work truck—no Fast & Furious skills required, just common sense)
Duties Include:
- Sweeping floors
- Running the floor machine (yes, you get to steer the cool cleaning machine)
- Washing windows, walls, ledges, and whatever else needs it
- Knocking down spiderwebs like the nighttime hero you are
- Ensuring the mall is locked, secure, and safe overnight
- Winter duties: snow and ice removal because winter sucks
Weight handling: Up to 45 kg / 100 lbs (skip arm day)
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Can work independently
- Is dependable and trustworthy
- Doesn’t mind a quiet overnight environment
- Notices the little details others miss
- Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do
- Has cleaning experience (an asset, but not required)

Pay: $18.75 per hour
