Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is vital in delivering exceptional shopping experiences by providing expert assistance, managing sales transactions, and maintaining an organized store environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and experience in retail sales and store management. Previous supervisory experience and proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are a plus. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with integrity
- Maintain visual displays and merchandising standards to attract customers and promote products
- Assist in inventory management, pricing, and stock replenishment to ensure product availability
- Support store management with administrative tasks, scheduling, and store operations
- Supervise team members when necessary, providing leadership and guidance to ensure excellent customer service
- Utilize marketing strategies to enhance store visibility and sales performance
- Use schematics and visual design skills to create appealing displays that align with brand standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist with store management duties including cash handling, pricing adjustments, and overall store organization
Skills
- Proven experience in retail sales with strong customer service skills
- Supervising experience with leadership capabilities to motivate team members
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design and merchandising projects
- Knowledge of marketing principles to support promotional activities
- Familiarity with schematics for display setup and store layout planning
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Strong organizational skills for inventory management, merchandising, and store operations
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and pricing strategies
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Administrative experience related to store management functions

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
