Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a strong background in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful execution of business and technology initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of business and technology projects.
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities.
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks.
- Ensure project quality and adherence to organizational standards.
- Facilitate communication across business and technical teams.
- Track delivery metrics and project performance.
- Support change management and implementation activities.
- Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Delivery Manager in BFSI, Public Sector, or Healthcare environments.
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management experience.
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience managing project risks and dependencies.
- Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives.
