The Role
We are looking for driven sales professionals to join our growing team. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who takes ownership of their results and thrives in a performance-based environment.
Depending on your experience and strengths, this role can be structured as full cycle sales or appointment setting. We are open to both and will build the right structure around the right person.
Compensation is extremely competitive. We consistently pay well above market rates and reward performance accordingly. There is significant room to grow within the organization for the right candidate.
Duties
- Engage homeowners through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and company-generated leads to identify exterior restoration needs
- Conduct thorough property assessments and present findings to homeowners in a clear and professional manner
- Guide clients through the sales process from initial contact through to signed contract
- Educate homeowners on insurance claim processes related to hail and storm damage where applicable
- Upsell and cross-sell additional exterior services including siding, gutters, windows, and doors
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Communicate consistently with management on pipeline activity, appointments, and deal status
- Represent the Top Dawg brand with professionalism and integrity on every interaction
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related performance-driven field
- Backgrounds in automotive sales, real estate, or direct sales are strongly preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline without close supervision
- Coachable, disciplined, and takes full ownership of their results
- Professional demeanor and a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work outdoors and on the road in a field-based environment

No roofing or trades experience required. Full training provided.
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
