Summary
We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team in Canada. This role is vital in supporting our construction and industrial projects by efficiently operating heavy machinery to meet project goals and uphold our commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators and other heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery.
- Assist in site preparation, excavation, and grading activities.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance.
- Support other heavy machinery operations as needed.
- Contribute to a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating excavators in construction or industrial settings.
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment maintenance.
- Valid commercial driver’s license is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks associated with heavy equipment operation.
- Knowledge of site safety regulations.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
