We're looking for a well-rounded, organized, and motivated individual to join our team for the summer/fall season (start immediately). This position has the potential to become a permanent full-time role for someone who proves to be an exceptional fit and valuable member of our team.
About the Role
As an Event Production Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping our team execute events from concept to completion. You'll assist with client and vendor communications, sourcing products and services, managing small projects, supporting logistics, and helping prepare for events both behind the scenes and on-site.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and wants hands-on experience in the events industry.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and partners via email and phone
- Assist with sourcing décor, rentals, venues, supplies, and event-related services
- Manage and track small projects leading up to events
- Maintain spreadsheets, timelines, and project documentation
- Support event logistics and coordination
- Assist with warehouse organization and event preparation
- Provide on-site support during events when required
- Run occasional errands and transport event-related items
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks across the business
- Support social media, LinkedIn, and marketing initiatives as needed
- Assist with bookkeeping and administrative record-keeping
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)
- Comfortable using various Ai tools and willing to learn
- Comfortable learning and using various software platforms and online tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable access to a vehicle when needed
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
- Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping
- Experience with LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Previous event industry experience
- Project coordination or administrative experience
