Overview
We are a private baseball academy dedicated to building strong fundamentals and developing complete ballplayers.
Our programs focus on teaching the proper mechanics, techniques, and baseball IQ needed for long-term success, while creating a fun, positive, and challenging environment for every athlete.
We currently operate out of three locations and are excited to continue our development programs throughout the winter season for players who wish to continue training with us.
Our current programs are designed for players ages 6–13, with small group sizes to ensure every athlete receives plenty of repetitions, individual coaching, and personalized feedback.
Responsibilities
- Assist the head coach with practice sessions, drills, and game strategies to enhance player performance
- Strong knowledge of baseball techniques, rules, and strategies
- Excellent communication skills to motivate and instruct athletes effectively
- Ability to teach fundamental skills such as batting, pitching, fielding, and base running
- Experience with teaching or working with youth or student-athletes is preferred
- MUST BE NCCP CERTAFIED TO BE AN ASSISTANT COACH OR HIGHER

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
