Pizzadelic in Fall River is hiring an experienced pizza cook or restaurant worker who can help lead busy shifts.
This position is suited to someone who is dependable, works well under pressure and is ready to take on more responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items accurately and efficiently
- Help organize staff during busy periods
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness and service standards
- Monitor prep levels and identify shortages
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle routine customer concerns
- Support and coach other team members
- Communicate shift issues clearly
- Progress toward independently running assigned shifts
Requirements:
- Previous pizza, fast-food or high-volume restaurant experience
- Reliable transportation to Fall River
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Friday and Saturday evening availability is strongly preferred
- Ability to work some closing shifts
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Calm and organized during busy periods
- Comfortable giving direction and maintaining standards
Previous supervisor experience is preferred but not required. Strong restaurant employees who are ready to move into leadership are encouraged to apply.
Role placement will be based on experience, availability and performance during the first five shifts.
Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
