Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring that homes are not only clean but also welcoming for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, time management abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Launder linens and other items as needed to maintain freshness and cleanliness.
- Cook simple meals or prepare snacks as requested by clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by being responsive to client feedback and requests.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated time frames while maintaining high-quality standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills to foster positive client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
