Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that match their style and needs
- Provide personalized fashion consultations and product demos to enhance customer experience
- Upsell complementary items by understanding customer preferences and offering tailored suggestions
- Maintain thorough knowledge of current men's fashion trends, store merchandise, and promotional offers
- Operate POS systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive presentation of products
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing merchandise
- Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective communication and organizational skills
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or technical sales preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and perform product demos effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and retail sales techniques is desirable

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
