We are hiring for Component Preparation Operators and Filling Operators . These roles support the manufacturing of sterile injectable products by ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production aligned with GMP standards.
- Inspect, label, and package finished products
- Prepare components such as caps and stoppers
- Complete batch records and documentation
- Perform cleaning and line clearance
- Conduct quality checks, including seal integrity testing
- Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety standards
- Operate, assemble, and clean filling equipment
- Prepare and sterilize components for production
- Monitor production to ensure product quality
- Perform inspections and in-process quality checks
- Complete batch records and report issues
- Maintain cleanroom standards and proper gowning procedures
- High school diploma (post-secondary is an asset)
- 1+ year experience in manufacturing (pharma, food, or regulated industry preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to work rotating shifts (24/7 environment)
