What You’ll Do
As an experienced Construction Labourer, you’ll:
- Support skilled tradespeople with advanced construction tasks on-site.
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment efficiently.
- Assist with framing, concrete work, demolition, installations, and more.
- Safely operate hand and power tools, plus other construction machinery as needed.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
- Follow directions from supervisors to ensure quality and efficiency on every project.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in construction or related trades.
- Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Strong focus on safety, reliability, and teamwork.
- Based in British Columbia with availability to work on-site.
- Valid Canadian Work Visa (if applicable).
- Reliable transportation (driver’s license preferred).
Preferred Skills & Certifications (Assets)
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and carpentry techniques.
- WHMIS, Fall Protection, or Confined Space certifications.
- Experience with Aerial/Scissor Lift, Telehandler, or Forklift.
