Maidora is a locally owned Calgary residential cleaning company providing professional home cleaning services across Calgary communities. As we continue expanding throughout Calgary, we are looking for motivated and outgoing individuals to join our growing sales and community outreach team.
This opportunity is ideal for university students, recent graduates, and motivated individuals interested in developing real-world communication, marketing, customer engagement, and sales experience while working with a flexible schedule.
This is not your typical 9–5 role. Role Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will help promote Maidora services directly within assigned Calgary communities through neighborhood outreach and promotional activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospect and generate customer leads within assigned Calgary communities
- Introduce Maidora home cleaning services to homeowners
- Distribute promotional materials and community offers
- Build and manage your own outreach activity pipeline
- Track assigned streets, visited homes, and lead activity using company systems
- Collaborate with the Maidora operations team to support smooth customer onboarding
- Represent the Maidora brand professionally within local communities
This role does not involve collecting payments or signing customer contracts at the door.

Target Areas
Current focus includes NW Calgary communities such as:
Arbour Lake, Tuscany, Royal Oak, Rocky Ridge, Nolan Hill, Sherwood, Evanston, Hamptons, and surrounding areas.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based
- High earning potential for top performers
Bonus If You Have:
