Service Technician – Gorilla Property Services (Edmonton, AB)
Gorilla Property Services provides exterior property services such as window washing, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, graffiti removal, snow removal and more. We're looking for a reliable, hardworking technician who’s comfortable at heights and outdoors in all types of weather.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform exterior cleaning on residential homes, multi-unit properties and commercial sites
- Work at heights (up to 32ft ladders)
- Supervise a helper and manage job efficiency
- Interact with customers
- Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle
- Track tools and materials
What You’ll Need:
- Valid Class 5 license
- Proof of 3+ years claims-free Auto Insurance History (required for operating commercial vehicle/insurance)
- Clean driver's abstract
- Physically fit – lift 50 lbs, work at heights
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Customer service skills
- Experience is a bonus – we provide training
- Bonus for Fall Arrest and EWP certifications.
Job Details:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM
- 40 hours a week
- Stat holiday pay and 4% vacation pay.
Pay: $23.00 per hour
