Must-Haves:

MINIMUM 12 years of RN practice — total career years, all settings count

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing — RN diploma or BScN

CNO registered, in good standing — no pending hearings or conditions

Broad knowledge of Ontario health legislation from years of Ontario practice: PHIPA, RHPA,
HCCA, Ontario Hospitals Act -
No CNO disciplinary history

Current BLS / BCLS / CPR certification — Level C, Health Care Provider

Legal right to work in Canada

Available for in-person assignments — this is not remote work
Preferred:

Charge nurse, supervisory, or clinical leadership experience

Experience across multiple care settings over your career

Experience mentoring or orienting newer nurses

Mixed acute care and community background
