Our client, a leading electronic manufacturing firm, is currently looking to hire 4 AOI Operator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for operating the AOI equipment to perform component inspection of surface mount components
- Ability to follow AOI Inspection Best Practices documentation
- Responsible for ensuring that the work area is kept clean and that safety rules are followed
- Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
- Enthusiasm and ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team.
- Individual should be detail oriented, quality conscious, well organized, analytical, and reliable.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or higher
- Strong Electronics aptitude/knowledge of components- Ability to identify components and component values
- Ability to read and understand engineering documentation / work order requirements
- Working knowledge of IPC 610 workmanship standards
- Working knowledge of surface mount assembly and inspection
- Thorough understanding and application of quality standards and control procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous AOI inspection position is beneficial
- Quality conscious, well organized, analytical, and reliable
