Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Farm Workers. This role is essential for maintaining the productivity and efficiency of our farming operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for agriculture, a willingness to learn, and the ability to perform various tasks related to crop production and farm maintenance.
Duties
- Assist in planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including heavy equipment.
- Perform irrigation tasks to ensure proper watering of crops.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for various farming activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of crops and fields to identify issues such as pests or diseases.
- Carry out general maintenance tasks around the farm, ensuring a clean and organized work environment.
- Engage in heavy lifting as required for transporting materials or produce.
- Apply basic math skills for measuring and calculating necessary quantities during planting and harvesting.
Experience
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural work is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial for maintaining farm machinery.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools effectively in a farm setting is advantageous.
- A background in gardening can be helpful for understanding plant care and cultivation techniques.

Pay: $17.40-$18.40 per hour
