Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles at various locations, including interior and exterior washing, vacuuming, and steam cleaning
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment to achieve professional results
- Inspect vehicles for damage or issues and communicate findings to clients or management
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and ensuring their satisfaction with the service
- Maintain cleanliness of all tools and equipment used during detailing procedures
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to ensure timely service delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines during all detailing processes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cleaning or vehicle detailing is preferred but not required; paid training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a mobile environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is a must
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
