Raceway Chrysler is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts Counter Person / Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with one of Canada's busiest Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram dealerships.
Working alongside an experienced Parts team, you'll receive hands-on training while learning every aspect of dealership parts operations.
What You'll Do
- Assist technicians and retail customers in locating the correct parts
- Process internal parts requests for the Service Department
- Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory and bin locations
- Answer phone and email inquiries
- Assist with parts returns, special orders, and warranty processing
- Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient
- Learn Stellantis parts systems and dealership processes
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Previous automotive or parts experience is an asset, but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
