Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at the AquaFlask kiosk in CrossIron Mills. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, reliable, and loves engaging with people. You’ll help customers find their perfect AquaFlask, educate them on features and care, and contribute to a fun, professional in-store experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers with a friendly, positive attitude Educate shoppers on AquaFlask products, colors, and accessories Drive sales by providing personalized product recommendations Maintain kiosk cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation Operate POS system and handle cash/credit transactions accurately Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and daily closing duties Represent the AquaFlask brand professionally and uphold brand standards Support social media and promotional initiatives (optional but encouraged)
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, energetic, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team Reliable and punctual, with attention to detail Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (mall hours)
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time or Full-time positions available Hourly rate: $15–$22/hour (based on experience) + performance bonuses Flexible shifts within mall operating hours
