Fiorino is looking for an energetic and reliable Line Cook to join our team for an exciting upcoming project. We are providing high-quality, streamlined food service to the London Pub for the duration of the World Cup. You will be representing Fiorino in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring our standards for quality and efficiency are met during high-volume match days.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Executing a dedicated, high-demand menu of pub favorites including wings, burgers, flatbreads, and nachos.
- Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards expected of a Fiorino team member, even while off-site.
- Managing a workstation under pressure to ensure consistent output during busy game-day rushes.
- Coordinating closely with the rest of the Fiorino team to ensure seamless service for our guests.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen, bistro, or pub setting.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to maintain quality under pressure.
- A solid understanding of food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Professionalism and the ability to represent Fiorino in an external venue.
- Flexibility to work shifts centered around the World Cup match schedule.
