- Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in retail or electronics sales
- Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively manage staff, inventory, and customer relationships
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and purchasing processes
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques and customer service practices
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and professional attitude
- Bilingual skills are considered an asset, but are not required
- Assistant Manager or Team Lead experience is mandatory
