The Role: Bath Fitter Installation Expert
As an Installer for Bath Fitter, you are the face of our brand in customers’ homes. You’ll bring our custom PermaFit acrylic bathtub and shower systems to life with precision, pride, and respect for our clients’ space.
What You’ll Do:
- Install high-quality bath and shower systems, wall surrounds, and accessories with exceptional craftsmanship
- Use construction, carpentry, and renovation skills to complete remodels in as little as one day
- Take accurate measurements and ensure flawless finishes
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and treat each home with care
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and teammates
- Follow all company safety standards and procedures
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for the right person to add to our growing team. A positive, team-player who is interested in a long-term career opportunity; and not afraid to get their hands dirty.
You should have:
- Experience in construction, renovation, carpentry, plumbing, or a related trade
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and take pride in quality workmanship
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
- Time management and the ability to work independently
- A respectful, customer-focused attitude
- A valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract
- The physical ability to lift and carry tools and materials
