What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose residential HVAC issues with confidence
- Communicate clear repair/replace options
- Respect the client’s space and comfort
- Empower people with great service
- Keep detailed notes and follow-ups
You Thrive If You Are...
- HVAC-trained with troubleshooting experience (minimum of 5 years in residential HVAC)
- Journeyman in either Gas A or B, Sheetmetal, or Refrigeration
- Great with tablets, software & notes
- A people person who simplifies the complex
- Hold a clean driver’s license
- Proud of your quality and ethics
