Overview
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Kitchen Staff to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, with a focus on providing excellent food and service in a fast-paced environment. The Kitchen Staff will support meal preparation, food handling, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen area to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and standards
- Handle food with proper safety and sanitation practices in compliance with food safety regulations
- Serve food to customers efficiently and courteously, ensuring high-quality service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations throughout shifts
- Support meal assembly, portioning, and presentation to meet quality standards
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Qualifications
- Prior experience in cooking, food preparation, or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings or weekends if needed
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about the food industry and restaurant operations
Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour
