We are now hiring an Assistant General Manager at our Rice Howard Location in Edmonton, AB. Our quickly growing company has plenty of opportunities for anyone looking for training, development and a career in restaurants and hospitality. This role will be responsible for leading our team members in a high-volume location and driving profitability.

What You’ll Do:
As a key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and strong operational performance.
- Drive revenue, profitability, and cost control through effective labour management, purchasing, inventory oversight, and operational planning.
- Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional food, beverage, service, and guest experiences while achieving quality-driven goals.
- Recruit, hire, coach and develop an engaged team while creating opportunities for growth and career development.
- Lead and support the management team, fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity while consistently upholding the CRAFT brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and safety, and all company policies and procedures.
- Follow, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and systems to drive consistency, efficiency, and excellence.
What You've Done:
- 2-3 years of restaurant management experience
