About Us
We are a growing Canadian company specializing in adult nicotine products distributed through convenience stores, gas stations, wholesalers, and national retail chains across Canada.
Our team partners with many of Canada's leading convenience and petroleum retailers to execute product launches, promotional programs, merchandising initiatives, and business development strategies. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Territory Account Manager to join our Western Canada team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Account Manager is responsible for managing an established retail territory throughout Northern Alberta while supporting wholesale partners and national retail accounts.
This is a hybrid sales and account management role that combines field execution with remote customer management. The successful candidate will balance time on the road visiting retailers, building relationships, conducting business reviews, executing merchandising initiatives, and supporting product launches, while also dedicating time to outbound calling, customer follow-up, territory planning, CRM management, and administrative responsibilities from a home office.
Success in this role requires excellent time management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to independently balance customer visits with proactive sales activity. The ideal candidate enjoys working independently, developing long-term customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to grow an established territory.
Travel throughout Alberta is required, with occasional overnight travel to British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba for customer meetings, conventions, training, and business development initiatives.
