Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Administrator to manage and optimize our CRM system, with a strong focus on HubSpot. This role will play a key part in maintaining data accuracy, supporting internal teams, and improving CRM workflows to drive operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, with HubSpot as the primary platform
- Ensure high levels of data accuracy, cleanliness, and organization
- Create, update, and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation in HubSpot
- Support internal teams with lead management, data entry, and CRM usage
- Generate reports and track key performance metrics
- Monitor CRM performance and recommend process improvements
- Provide troubleshooting support and guidance to users
- Assist with system integrations and updates
- Maintain documentation and best practices for CRM usage
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot is required
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, and automation
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Good communication skills to support cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certification
- Experience in recruitment or sales environments
- Exposure to CRM integrations and automation tools

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
