General Labourer
MC3 Manufacturing Inc. – Leamington, ON – Pay based on experience
The role
This is a hands-on shop role where you’ll be involved in different parts of the manufacturing process depending on where the team needs you. You’ll report to the Shop Supervisor and work across assembly, material handling, finishing, and general shop support.
We’re not hiring on a resume here. We’re looking for someone who picks things up quickly, takes direction well, and wants to keep growing. If you’re the kind of person who figures out how things work and takes pride in doing them right, you’ll fit in well here. We’ll train you on what you need to know.
What you’ll be doing
- Painting and finishing parts
- Product assembly
- Conveyor chain assembly
- Material handling throughout the shop
- General cleaning and housekeeping to keep the workspace safe and organized
- Assisting with other shop tasks as needed
- Following all safety guidelines and wearing required PPE at all times
What you bring
- A genuine willingness to learn and grow – this matters more than your work history
- Comfortable using hand tools – experience here goes a long way
- Reliable, shows up on time, and takes their work seriously
- Safety-first mindset – PPE and procedures are non-negotiable
- Able to take direction and work well as part of a team
- Forklift and overhead crane experience is an asset – training available
- Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings is an asset
- Manufacturing or sheet laser experience is a bonus

Position details
- This is an existing vacancy
- This is a full-time, permanent, on-site General Labourer position
- Overtime pay applies after 40 hours per week – 48+ hours is common during busy periods and should be expected
- Benefits include dental, extended health, vision care, and on-site parking
