Position Details
Position: Supplement Advisor / Natural Health Consultant
Location: Barrie, ON
Department: Retail
Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Availability: Weekdays, evenings, and weekends required
What You’ll Do
- Help customers find the right supplements and wellness solutions for their goals
- Share product knowledge and educate customers with confidence
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Stay current on health trends, ingredients, and emerging products
- Support a positive, energetic, team-oriented store environment
- Maintain organized and visually appealing store displays
What We’re Looking For
Ideal Candidates May Have:
- Experience working in a health food store, supplement store, gym, wellness clinic, or retail environment
- A strong personal interest in supplements, fitness, natural health, or wellness
- Accreditation (or studies toward accreditation) such as:
- CNP
- RHN
- ND
- Holistic Nutrition
- Fitness or Wellness Certifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- A desire to continuously learn and grow
