POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing office tasks, staying organized, and supporting a busy real estate and home-building environment. As part of the Ashton Homes team, you will play an important role in supporting daily office operations, assisting clients and visitors, and helping ensure our administrative processes run smoothly.
This position supports both our Welland location (approximately 70% of the time) and our Fort Erie location (approximately 30% of the time). A valid driver's license is required.
Weekend availability is required as part of the regular work schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet clients, homeowners, visitors, and trades in a professional and welcoming manner
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries in a timely and professional way
- Schedule appointments and support day-to-day office coordination
- Complete general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents
- Use Google Suite and other computerized systems to support office workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Support the team with additional administrative duties as required

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous administrative experience is required; experience in real estate, construction, home building, or a related industry is considered an asset
- Strong computer skills, including Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening skills and a professional phone manner
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license required
- Reliable, dependable, and professional with a strong work ethic
COMPENSATION
Starting hourly rate: $24.00 per hour.
