Duties
- Perform a range of beauty services including nail care, body waxing, and other aesthetic treatments.
- Sanitate tools and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring clients feel valued and cared for during their appointments.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Beautician or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong skills in nail care, body waxing, and other beauty treatments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in retail sales and upselling techniques is preferred.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and hygiene.
- A passion for customer service and a desire to create positive experiences for clients.
- Relevant certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
