Job Description: Edmonton Elks Game Operations Team

Summary
The Edmonton Elks Football Club is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join the Elks Game Operations Team for the 2026 season. The Game Operations Team plays an integral role in the execution of the Football Club’s game day operations, and events.
Job Responsibilities & Duties:
· Assist with the set-up and tear down of game day initiatives, including the Elks Tailgate, Kids Zone, Beer Garden, Pre-game & Concourse Activations, and Premium Ticketing and Hosting areas.
· Aid in the set-up and tear down of signature events, such as Game Changers, Fan Day, community initiatives & season seat holder or partnership events, etc.
· Adhere to site maps, setup instructions, and direction from supervisor to ensure accurate placement of gameday assets.
· Transport and distribute materials and equipment to designated locations throughout the stadium upon instruction, ensuring quality and organization among game day spaces and places.
· Other duties as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
· You are dedicated, hard-working, self-motivated, and open to learning new skills through hands-on experience.
· You can think on your feet, quickly adapting to changing priorities and directions.
· Strong interest in working behind the scenes of major events.
· Ability to work evenings and weekends, possibly holidays, in a variety of weather conditions.
· Prior experience in event management is considered an asset, but not required.
· Ability to follow directions and work without direct supervision.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lift 50lbs.
· Comfortable operating a side-by-side utility vehicle.
· A valid Criminal Record check is required for this position.
