Role Summary
The ideal candidate is friendly and outgoing but professional and detail oriented. Has strong soft skills with clients but who also understands the importance of sales and administration. Assisting in the quality, accuracy and efficiency of club operations from the front line to back office administration.
- Supporting management from point of view as first contact with members, administrators, instructors.
- Manage and maintain the administration of membership and personal training agreements.
- Able to multi-task/be proactive in a very busy environment.
- Follow-up with delinquent and incomplete member accounts.
- Administration support, answering phone inquiries, answering information request emails.
- Sales support administration
- Consistently greeting members/customers/guests in a friendly manner and ensuring smooth sign in to their classes.
Must be able to reliably commit to work Tuesday to Thursday from 4-10pm and Saturdays 9am-3pm.
Must be able to reliably commute to our facility at 150 Lesmill Rd in North York.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
