Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sign Installer/Fabricator & Service Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves installing, fabricating, and retrofitting electrical signage at various locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sign installation, fabrication retrofitting/repair and maintenance, with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment while developing technical skills and industry knowledge.
Duties
- Install various types of signage including channel letters, billboards, banners, and digital displays at client sites.
- Fabricate custom signage components according to project specifications using tools such as saws, welders, and cutting equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on signage systems to ensure optimal operation. Retrofit electrical signage to LED.
- Measure and prepare sites for installation, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; keep work areas clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions or concerns during installation or service visits.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sign installation, fabrication, or related trades preferred.
- Knowledge of tools such as saws, drills, welders, and measuring devices is highly desirable.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel locally for installations and service calls.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials safely.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
