Material Handler for our client in Nanaimo, BC. We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused warehouse professional
with counterbalance forklift experience to join a busy and collaborative team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys order picking, shipping and receiving, inventory support, and operating material handling equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Pick and prepare orders accurately for shipment

Perform shipping and receiving duties, including verifying incoming and outgoing products
-
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Operate a counterbalance forklift as part of daily warehouse activities

Restock, organize, and maintain inventory in designated storage locations
-
Label, tag, and stage materials for delivery or customer pickup

Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization
-
Complete warehouse documentation accurately and on time

Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any concerns
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Previous warehouse experience required
-
Valid counterbalance forklift certification and operating experience required

Experience with order picking, shipping and receiving, and inventory handling

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious

Positive attitude and willingness to support team objectives

Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
