We are looking for a Social Editor who natively understands vertical video culture and the psychology of the scroll. Someone who lives in the same corners of the internet as our audience. You feel bad pacing in your core. You've watched a fan edit and immediately dissected how it was made. You get that good, social-first pacing makes the difference between a quick scroll-past and a viral hit.
Transparency matters to us. For this role, you can expect a salary between $65,000-80,000 annually, depending on experience. This is for an existing vacancy.
what you'll do.
- Edit short-form content that actually holds attention — TikToks, Reels, Shorts, paid social. Utilize Premiere Pro to execute high-energy, fan-edit style pacing, precise text layouts, and seamless audio integration. You'll own the hook, the rhythm, the cut. You'll be the team's internal compass on what's working on social right now, and why.
you're right for this if:
- You've used CapCut unironically (and know when Premiere Pro is actually the right move)
- You can explain re-watch mechanics without Googling them
- You've clocked a brand doing a trend wrong or just not getting social-first content at all.
- You know a video without baked-on subtitles is already at a disadvantage.
- You've sent a peer a video just to show them what good vertical framing or social editing looks like.

- A portfolio of short-form work with real engagement.
- Fast. Across multiple briefs at once.
- Strong instincts on audio, text, motion, pacing
- Someone who can explain why something works, not just execute it
