The Prospect Contact Centre Agent is responsible for the management of prospective residential tenant inquiries and assisting Residential Leasing Agents. They are the first point of contact for those interested in renting a unit at a Colliers managed property.
In this role, you will…
- Answer prospective tenant inquiries as they are received by phone, email or other means
- Record prospect information and track inquiries as they are received
- Act as a liaison between prospects and other members of the Residential Rentals Team
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Colliers managed portfolio, including up to date information such as availability, amenities, rental rates, etc.
- Conduct research and maintain the in-house market database
- Support Leasing Agents with showings as required
- Provide support to other projects and initiatives within the Residential Rentals Team as required
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests
What you’ll bring
- A strong sense of customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to deliver a positive experience
- A clear and concise communicator, both orally and in writing
- Understanding of and interest in residential real estate, in particular multifamily rentals
- Positive attitude and friendly communication style
- Consistent professional demeanor as a reflection of the Colliers brand to the public
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in tracking information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience and familiarity with property management systems and software considered an asset
