Enduro Construction is a construction firm specializing in commercial interiors and tenant improvements. We offer construction management and general contracting services throughout the lower mainland and sea to sky corridor.
Enduro Construction is currently looking to fill a Site Superintendent position. The position requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision for commercial renovations and tenant improvements.
Skills:
Ability to provide on-site leadership, guidance, and supervision to subcontractors
Ability to use hand tools and power tools
Ability to read blueprints
Great communication skills
Organized and clean
High attention to detail
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Have initiative and be resourceful
Basic knowledge of building regulations and codes
Main Responsibilities:
Execute a variety of tasks on construction jobsites including but not limited to:
Daily supervision of commercial construction sites activities
Active communication and coordination with subcontractors
Follow construction schedule tightly
General demolition
Light framing and drywall repairs
Installation of backing
Installation of doors, frames, hardware, washroom accessories
Installation of finishes (flooring, paint, trim, etc.)
Cabinet installation
General carpentry
**Must have own vehicle and be willing to drive around the lower mainland and Sea to Sky corridor.

Experience in construction/renovations and general carpentry
Experience with reading construction blueprints
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00-$52.50 per hour
