Skin+Beauty Clinic is a results-driven medical aesthetic and beauty clinic in Toronto's Liberty Village neighbourhood. We specialize in advanced skincare, laser treatments, injectables, and professional-grade skincare — and we're looking for a passionate, skilled Esthetician to join our team on a part-time basis.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will independently perform a full range of skin and laser treatments, conduct thorough consultations, and guide clients through personalized skincare regimens. You'll work alongside a skilled team including laser specialists, injectors, and our clinic physician in a high-standard, results-focused environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform laser hair removal treatments
- Perform laser skin treatments (IPL, fractional, skin rejuvenation)
- Deliver customized facials and advanced skin treatments
- Operate clinic devices including Hydrafacial, OxyGeneo, Hollywood Spectra, Candela Nordlys, and DP4 microneedling pen
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Confidently recommend and educate clients on the professional skincare lines carried in clinic
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care guidance
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
- Stay current on new treatments, product launches, and skincare innovations
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Licensed Esthetician in Ontario (certificate from an accredited esthetic school required)
- Minimum 3 years of esthetic experience in a medical or clinical setting
- Proven experience performing laser hair removal and laser skin treatments
- Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick skin types, and treatment contraindications
- Experience with professional skincare brands including:
– ZO Skin Health
– Vivier
– iS Clinical
– Colorescience
– SkinCeuticals
– Alastin Skincare
– Eminence Organics
- Comfort discussing active ingredients (retinoids, vitamin C, AHAs/BHAs, peptides, growth factors)
- Experience with any of the following devices is a strong asset:
– Candela Nordlys (IPL / fractional)
– Hollywood Spectra (laser toning / carbon peel)
– Hydrafacial
– OxyGeneo
– DP4 microneedling pen
- Excellent communication, consultation, and client relationship skills
- Professional, polished, and team-oriented attitude

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
