We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our office. This position will provide receptionist duties and general administrative support to the General Manager and Order Desk Agents.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provides full-range of administrative support.
- Manages Outlook emails with expertise.
- Assist with estimate scheduling and confirmations
- Organizes and maintains files.
- Replies to routine inquiries.
- Provides project assistance when necessary.
- Expedites flow of work, and initiates follow-up when necessary.
- Maintaining stocks of office supplies.
- Serves as back-up administrative support for any member of the team when necessary.
- Contributing to general laboratory organization.
- Assisting with parts inquires and in store customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
- Window and door experience
- Glass experience
- Ability to work a Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm shift
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably and effectively as part of a team
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to switch tasks effectively while staying organized
