POSITION:
· The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for driving studio sales and memberships. This role is comprised of 100% sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 2+ years of direct to consumer sales experience. Fitness or membership sales preferred but not required.
● Confident in generating sales for the studio.
● Ability to work every Saturday as well as a combination of weekdays/nights based on client stretch times. This is a 100% on-site and customer facing role.
● Ability to work independently and collaborate with the General Manager.
● Ability to drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail sales.
● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
● Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
● An affinity and passion for fitness and wellness.
● Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
● Professional, punctual, reliable, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
● Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.
● Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public.
● Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
DUTIES
● Active outreach via phone calls/texts/emails and prospecting from digital marketing leads.
● Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts.
● Develop, manage and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
● Ability to supervise Flexologists.
● Independently make decisions related to high level customer service.
● Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts.
● Collect outstanding dues.
● Maintain cleanliness and organization of the StretchLab studio.
● Enforce StretchLab policies and procedures.
● Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible.
● Any other duties as assigned.
COMPENSATION
● Base pay of $45k plus opportunity to earn up to $10k in commissions and bonuses annually.
