Support Workers provide hands-on support that empowers people with intellectual disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their community. Responsibilities may include medication administration; personal care; household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry; life skills development; and community involvement. You will work as part of a team to encourage choice, build confidence, promote safety, and support people to reach their goals.
