What you will do
- Premium colour: balayage, highlights and lowlights, blonding, grey coverage, toners, colour correction
- Keratin treatments with proper consultation and aftercare education
- Precision cutting, blowouts, styling, updos, scalp and hair treatments
- Thorough consultations and home care plans that keep clients coming back
- Maintain a clean, compliant station and assist with bookings when needed
What you bring
- Proven salon experience with a portfolio showing strong colour, balayage, or keratin results
- Excellent client communication and a service-first mindset
- Confidence recommending products and add-on services
- Knowledge of sanitation practices
- Ontario hairstylist license, or exam-eligible
- Welcome but not required: waxing, makeup, facials, brows and lashes
