What You Will Do:
-
Coordinate and execute customer shipments, including small parcel preparation and resolution of delivery or shipment discrepancies in partnership with Customer Service
-
Monitor and follow up on non-deliveries, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.

Develop inventory deployment plans aligned to sales demand and manage weekly shipment scheduling to meet targets
-
Maintain accurate logistics documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring proper filing, tracking, and accessibility
-
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, receiving issues, late receipts, and cross-border (U.S./Canada) product variances in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Plan and oversee cycle counting activities, including SAP entry, discrepancy investigation, and bin validation reporting

Analyze warehouse performance to support Deliver in Full, On Time (DIFOT) targets and identify improvement opportunities

Communicate shipping schedule changes to the control tower to optimize order cycle times
-
Prepare required documentation for disposals and approved U.S. returns, including customs and shipping documentation

Maintain system accuracy through routine inventory and transactional housekeeping across platforms.

Support the development and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Work in a safe manner and strive for zero work-related lost time incidents. Understand and follow safety practices/procedures and WHMIS. Ensure proper/safe use of equipment, safeguards, PPE and hazardous materials. Report work-related hazards/incidents to supervisor without delay

Provide cross-functional support within warehouse and logistics operations, including coverage during absences or peak periods, and back-up support to the Logistics Team Lead

Maintain overall warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards

Perform additional duties as required to support business operations
Position Details:

The main work location for this position will be Mississauga (Tomken Rd./Eglinton Ave.)

Periodically, the role will be required to work at the Mississauga (Tranmere Dr./Drew Rd.) location, based on business requirements

Candidate must reside in: Greater Toronto Area
-
Work week and shift: Day Shift, 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. Periodically, you may be scheduled for the afternoon shift, based on business requirements
Minimum Qualifications Required
-
High School Diploma
-
3+ years previous related experience in supply chain, production or logistics
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
-
Experience in a warehouse and distribution facility is an asset
-

Preferred Qualifications:
- Post Secondary education preferred in a related field (Business Admin, Secretarial, Accounting, and Communications)

Knowledge of safety issues, precautions and potential hazards in and around the warehouse

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range:
$23.26 - $29.08 / hour. This position pays an hourly rate and is eligible for overtime.
